SAFETY

Sushi World has a food safety program approved by the NSW Food Authority.

Our seafood, meat and poultry products are regularly tested at our production headquarters as well as at our Sydney shop locations by FOODCHECK.

NUTRITION

Seaweed has the broadest range of minerals, including iodine, protein, vitamin C, A, potassium, magnesium, riboflavin and folate. Iodine and folate deficiencies are common in today’s food diets, so it’s important to make sure you are getting enough.

Ginger and wasabi are good for you. They both have antibacterial properties and can aid your body’s defense against colds and flus.
Wasabi is full of vitamin C and has even been found to prevent tooth decay!

Our salmon and tuna rolls are a good source of omega-3.
